Trained by the Yoga for Health Foundation and Inner Healing School of Yoga, Katie is experienced in leading yoga and relaxation classes for adults with learning difficulties and physical disabilities, and young people with M.E.
She says, “My intention is that these relaxation sessions are used as a tool to relax your mind, relax your body and become more aware of your breath.
Try and set a similar time each day to listen to one of more of the four relaxation sessions.
It’s important that you will not be disturbed. Maybe put a notice on the door to inform family and friends not to interrupt you.
Remember to turn off your phone. When listening to these sessions please lie down, make yourself comfortable and ensure that you remain warm.”

This CD was originally sold to benefit the Association of Young People with M.E., which became Action for M.E. Children's Services in April 2017. All profit from the sale of this book will now go to support our dedicated Children's Services team, helping us to offer dedicated and expert support to young people and their families.
